Quick Start

  1. If you have a Linux PC driving a GeoWall, just run the 'RUN_HEART' script.
    You should see a model of the human heart and lungs.
  2. If you want to try out this viewer on a Linux machine (may not be connected
    to the GeoWall), so that you can see both the windows on a single screen,
    run 'RUN_QUAKES'
    You should see two 512 x 512 windows placed next to each other containing
    the earthquake data.

Note : To run the earthquake data on the AGAVE/GeoWall, edit the configuration file 'QuakesConfig.iv'. Change the Left and Right Window geometry. See the section on 'How to load your own configuration settings' for details.
