Vic Viewer
for PocketPC is a software application to decode and display a
packetized video stream delivered over IP network to a PDA running
the Microsoft PocketPC operating system. The software is based on VIC, an open source video
conferencing application originally developed at Lawrence Berkley National Laboratory. Vic Viewer for
PocketPC was developed at the Electronic Visualization Laboratory of
the University of Illinois at Chicago in the Spring of 2001, as part
of my Masters degree requirements. The program and full source code are available for download from this
site.
