This section outlines some of my experience as co-planner of the Eve4 event. It details the planning of CAVE timings, the tour groups, and our reservation system. Notwithstanding the usual snags and confusions that we experienced along the way, Eve4 progressed smoothly as we found that we had over, rather than under, planned the event. With the enthusiatic assistance from our lab peers and their volunteer efforts, it was a wonderful success.
Eve4 was a collaborative event that included works of art that were electronically created. These pieces were viewable in the Gallery 400 art gallery in the Alumni Hall building and in the CAVE in EVL. As I was in charge of the CAVE side of planning, the documentation included here describes only those aspects of the show. The gallery exhibit dates were from May 9 - May 19, 1995 with an opening reception on Wednesday, May 10. The CAVE exhibit occurred May 10th - May 13th, 1995.
