The MacIntosh AGAVE / GeoWall consists of a dual 1Ghz PowerPC G4 with 512M RAM and a GeForce 4MX graphics card connected to two InFocus 530 projectors mounted on a Chief Slide Projector rack that sits on a portable cart from Anthro. This configuration yields a portable AGAVE system that can easily be move around the elementary school where vitual reality applications are being used in the educational curriculum. Linear passive stereo is front-projected onto a Da-Lite portable screen for a total system cost of less than $13,000.
