EVL Co-Director, Jason Leigh and Associate Professor, Andy Johnson are invited speakers in the “Visualization of Astrophysical Data” Workshop, sponsored and organized by the Kavli Institute for Cosmological Physics, University of Chicago. The session “Bringing Together Science, Art, & Education” will link astrophysicists, visualizers, and educators in discussions centered on the current status and to debate the future direction of astronomical visualization as a tool for research, education, and public outreach. The workshop will be held at the Hyatt Regency Chicago, May 25-27, 2005.
