Josephine Anstey and Dave Pape represented EVL at the Mediartech 99 Conference.

"The Thing Growing", a virtual, interactive narrative developed by Josephine Anstey with Dave Pape, Joseph Alexander, Samroeng Thongrong, and Muhammad Ali Khan was exhibited.

"Las Meninas", an virtual educational exploration of the painting by Diego Velasquez was also displayed. This work was created by Hisham Bizri, Andy Johnson and Christina Vasilakis.
