EVL faculty Jason Leigh, Associate Professor of Computer Science and co-Director of EVL, and Daniel Sauter, Assistant Professor School of Art & Design join Annette Valenta, Associate Dean for Health, Informatics anc Technology to participate in UIC's Fifth Brown Bag Interdisciplinary Lunch. Panelist with conduct informal presentations to engage an open group discussion with attendees focusing on visualization in arts, medicine, engineering and teaching.

The event is sponsored by the Provost and the Vice Chancellor for Research in an effort to foster a more collaborative environment for interdisciplinary research at UIC. Topics for the Brown Bag Lunches are selected by the Research Advisory Council.
