In January, EVL hosted a class of journalism students from Northwestern University's Medill School; their visit consisted of an overview of EVL's history, current projects, and a hands-on experience with numerous visualization displays developed by EVL. What has resulted is a number of articles featuring EVL, the first of which appeared yesterday in the online "Medill Reports - Chicago" e-zine, and was already picked up by several other news sources.
