The City of Helsingborg is announcing the Grand Opening of a CAVE Spring '97. A crew from EVL and Pyramid Systems will install/configure the CAVE hardware and software. The inaugural demonstrations will include demos and art work from EVL.

Troed Troedson, responsible for development and information technology, City of Helsingborg, says that their new CAVE will serve a three-fold purpose. It will be used by the Technical Institute of Lundt for research. It will be used by manufacturing, construction and computer graphics companies for design and development work, as well as functioning as an exhibition space for art work. The first exhibition is scheduled for August '97.
