JD Pirtle, EVL artist and researcher, and Daniel Sauter, Associate Professor, UIC School of Art & Design, will be co-hosting Processing Chicago beginning February 6, 2012. This monthly meeting brings together the Mobile Processing community and EVL's Creative Coding research group.

The meetings will consist of workshops and presentations given by artists, designers and scientists exploring creative research using a variety of media and toolsets, including (but not limited to) Processing, Arduino, openFrameworks, Cinder, Max/MSP and Supercollider.

The meeting will take place the first Monday of every month at 5pm in the Cyber-Commons at the EVL.
