SAGE allows various applications such as 3D rendering, ultra-high-resolution visualization, high-definition video streams, remote desktop, and 2D maps to be run simultaneously from local or remote clusters. Pixels of each application are streamed over ultra-high-speed networks to large tiled displays such as the LambdaVision system showcased here.

LambdaVision is designed to support collaboration among co-located and remote experts requiring interactive ultra-high-resolution imagery.
