Haptic Interaction with Volumetric Datasets
 

This video documents the research and development of an algorithm to provide haptic feedback directly from volumetric datasets. The algorithm reproduces and extends the functionality of surface-based haptics rendering methods.

It is a supplement to the paper presented at the IEEE Haptics Symposium 2010.
