Changes in CAVE Library Version 2.5.1 (installed 11 September 1995)
- "Distributed CAVE" support - synchronizes multiple Onyxes and
shares library data (tracking & navigation) via Hippi. A 'simulated'
version using message queues between two processes on the same machine
can be used in development.
- GangSwap config option - uses the RE's swapready connection to
further synchronize swapping buffers on multiple machines in the
distributed CAVE.
- Added host-specific system configuration file.
/usr/local/CAVE/etc/`hostname`.config is read after cave.config
and before ~/.caverc.
- CAVEConfigure's printout of the configuration data compressed
to leave out a number of options when they won't be used (e.g.
Flock-of-Birds options when trackertype is other than birds).
