The Muyongt 'ap (pagoda without a shadow) symbolizes the preaching of Buddha and is considered the best of all of Shilla's pagoda's. The Muyongt consists of a three story structure resting on a two story pedestal, which is supported by several long stones. The facade stone underneath has columns at both edges, between which two carved columns lie. The body and pedestal are composed of one stone. The latter has a five-story support, two stories of which are in the upper part to support the body of pagoda. Three-storied pedestal is penetrated by a column and arranged like pierced jades. Around the pagoda is a square boundary box.
