This is a typical clip window, you can set the IN/OUT times of a clip, and do many more things. The white "L" in the left corner indicate you are at the head of the clip. Any icon you see on the keyboard will do the same thing as its icon in that window- ie: the IN/OUT buttons are keys on the keyboard as well as the clip window buttons.
