Act Three

The man tugged on my pants again. I raised myself up on my elbows.

GRRRH, GRRRRH!

I rolled to my front and I GROWLED - GRRRRH!

I noted that my assailant had tucked his gun into his belt. He stepped back, looking very frightened. I jumped entirely to my feet, realizing how small and slight he was. For a second I thought of flying at him and fighting with him. Instead I scooped up my bag and ran. My last impression was of him struggling to get his gun free and shouting:

"I will kill you!"
