Linda finds that a user has left her 1 message (as indicated by the message counter). She checks her message by selecting "Receive" from the "Message" option on the menu bar. The "Receive Messages" dialog box pops up. Linda can then plays her messages very much like playing tapes on a VCR. If Linda had more than 1 message, she can select which message to play from the list box on the center right side of "Receive Messages". Linda can receive audio or video messages, or both. If she cannot hear an audio message properly, she can always click on the sound icon on the upper left of "Receive Messages" to bring up a sound configuration screen. After Linda listened to her message, she click on "Delete" to delete the current message.
