Goals:

• Control 6DOF sensors and navigation within a CAVE application from a desktop environment using only a standard mouse
• provide an easy to use graphical interface for the CAVE Simulator
• remotely manipuate a CAVE application from a desktop machine
  

Project description:

CAVEGui is a graphical interface tool that provides interaction with a CAVE application, sensor rotation and translation along with controller navigation and buttons from a desktop environment using a standard mouse.

Current release:

0.1.3 (updated 5-May-01)
Current development relies on CAVERNsoft networking modules and the fltk widget library. Supported platforms include Linux and SGI Irix
