I didn't have time to figure out how I had sprung a leak. Luckily, the hamster-driven Slag Cruiser was parked by the shed, so I drove that back to the base. As I did so, yet another alien ship buzzed overhead. It fired on me, but all it managed to do was detach the hamster carriage from the rest of my vehicle. Fortunately, the cruiser was also fitted for emergency solar operation, so I managed to make it back to the base.
