NOTES:
The united States video signal standard is NTSC RS170A. It consists of
525 interlaced lines of odd and even fields. It has a set scan rate which
is 15.75kHz horizantal and 60 Hz verticle (interlaced). Color and luminance
information are transmitted and combined specific to the standard.
Computers vary by the type off application for which they were intended. Respectively, resolutions change and the scan rate with which those resolutions are displayed also varies. Because of this saying that you have a computer image that you want to put on video tape is not enough. Even if you can give the specifics of what type of video card you have, such as S-VGA, you have still not given the level of definition that is necessary, nor the level of detal that you have given when you say an image is NTSC.
Color depth can also vary in computers, which can have an effect on their translationto video.
