EVL Hosts Demonstrations and Tours for US Ignite Summit

US Ignite in partnership with UIC holds its inaugural Summit on June 24-26 focusing on creating next-generation Internet applications that provide transformative public benefit impacting how Americans work, live, learn and play. The Summit keynote and plenary sessions will be held at the UIC Forum and will include:
- Two days of keynotes and sessions that explore advanced technologies, real-world case studies, and best practices.
- Networking opportunities with hundreds of developers, technologists, communities, foundations and universities.
- Live demonstrations of next-generation applications from top universities and corporate labs transforming how we receive everything from education to healthcare.
On June 25th, EVL hosts US Ignite tours that will enable attendees to experience EVL’s CAVE2™ Hybrid Reality System and its Cyber-Commons classroom controlled with its SAGE software environment. Advanced networking will also be showcased, as colleagues at the Poznań Supercomputing and Networking Center (PSNC) will stream 4K movies from Poland to EVL for audience viewing.
