About

The College of Arts & Architecture named EVL REU Michael Kmak as the recipient of the 2004 Professor John E. Walley Memorial Scholarship.

Each year the College of Arts & Architecture presents awards for academic excellence and outstanding achievement. Student nominees must demonstrate significant artistic merit, be in excellent academic standing and be enrolled in the College during the academic year in which the award is received. This year’s awards ceremony was held on Nov. 17th in University Hall, with awards presented by the Dean, Directors, Faculty and Staff.

Michael Kmak’s current work with Professor Ammar Eloueini in the fourth year digital media studio received special attention for this award. The project, created by Michael Kmak and Matthew Majack, can be viewed on the project website.
