Backing - The blue or green screen area behind the foreground images.

The backing should be of a consistent texture, with any patches in the surface textured to match the rest of the surface. Any differences in brightness resulting from the difference in texture will show in the final composite. Screen Correction is an excellent way to compensate for an imperfect backing.

Lights - Fixtures that illuminate the backing and foreground subject.

Kino Flow lights are regulated flourescent fixtures, with bulbs available in either 3200K or 5600K. They are configured with four or two bulbs. They throw a very diffused light over large areas. They are excellent fixtures for lighting your backing. Keep in mind that your foreground fixtures(if not Kino Flow) need to have the same color temperature as the backing lamps.
