Prior to the opening of the show, the planners walked through the tour themselves and created jobs to help the tours progress smoothly. These jobs included show managers who was not the M.F.A. whose show was featured that day, people to watch the security doors for guests who needed restroom facilities, ticket takers and givers, the CAVE staff responsible for the maintenance of the glasses, etc. I have included the sheet that I wrote up for all show managers. Once more, some of these tasks were overbooked, but there were some days when having flexible jobs came in handy.
