Reproductions of paintings that I have been looking at for a long time
have here come "under the knife." This geometry of disection and
translation allows me to turn an image inside-out.
The reversed information also let the eye trace the re-arranged parts,
which the mind wants to put back to their original positions.
This allows me the ability to comment on these paintings by altering
their reproductions with the geometric tools of disection & translation.
