The simulator provides an environment for developing applications without requiring use of the CAVE hardware.
The tracking and wand are simulated with keyboard/mouse controls.
The display is a normal window, and shows the CAVE, the wand, and
the simulated user.
The simulator is implemented in the CAVE library as alternative tracking
and display devices.
Its use is controlled by the configuration file,
and is transparent to the application.
