We need a space with no columns or obstructions that is at least 12 ft. by 20 ft. large. The space needs to be dark (e.g. no direct sunlight). We do not have construction requirements other than to darken the viewing space. Windows would need to be covered, etc. Otherwise, our group will construct the Virtual Reality viewing environment ourselves - or with the assistance of available staff. We would appreciate being able to borrow small hand tools such as drills and hammers. We need approximately five days to install the work and one day to de-install. Preferably we would like to place a plasma screen or monitor with additional interactive video on a wall that visitors will pass before entering the exhibition area with our VR piece. Our piece is a Ygdrasil based virtual reality application. Equipment includes: Two DLP video projectors, a passive stereo display with 5'x7' projection screen, electromagnetic tracking equipment, two x86 PCs for our VR display and tracking and sound applications, four speakers, two computer monitors, a plasma screen, a polarized mirror and mount, and polarized glasses for visitors.
