The Audio Engineering Society is the professional society for audio technologists. With over 14,000 members world-wide, AES serves its community by hosting conventions and committees, publishing a scientific journal, and creating and maintaining international standards for related technologies and practices.
Each year, two Conventions are held, one in Europe and one in the United States, that are the largest gatherings of audio professionals in the world. Each convention features workshops, tutorials, technical papers and a trade show floor. This year’s 137th Convention will be held in Los Angeles from October 9th to the 12th.
Electrical and Computer Engineering and Electronic Visualization Laboratory graduate student, Mark Blewett will present research on Dynamic Audio Imaging in the CAVE2™. The Convention e-brief is authored by Blewett, James Pinkl and Bryan Dalle Molle.
