EVL PhD candidate, Sungwon Nam presents the results of the latest research and improvements for intertile synchronization of ultra-high resolution tiled displays at the Multimedia Systems 2010 Conference. Sungwon will discuss two synchronization algorithms and approaches to achieve low-latency, intertile synchronization for multiple applications with independently varying frame rates documented in the paper “Multiapplication, Intertile Synchronization on Ultra-High-Resolution Display Walls,” Sungwon Nam, Sachin Deshpande, Venkatram Vishwanath, Byungil Jeong, Luc Renambot, Jason Leigh.

ACM Multimedia Systems 2010 will be held February 22-23, 2010 in Scottsdale, Arizona. The Conference is sponsored by ACM SIGMM; in-cooperation with SIGCOMM and SIGOPS.
