"mitologies" was a highly intensive collaborative virtual reality project that was produced at the Electronic Visualization Laboratory at the University of Illinois at Chicago. The collaboration took over eight months of continuous effort on the part of the collaborators and was produced as an exhibit for the 1997 ISEA (International Symposium on Electronic Art) Conference held in Chicago.
