CityCluster Showcased in Prague

CityCluster will be exhibited at the first e-AGORA Workshop, “Shared Virtual Environments for Theatre” at the Conference Center of Prague, Prague, CZ, October 25 - 31.

CityCluster was selected as a subsidiary project by ALTERNE (Alternative Realities in Networked Environments) consortium, whose research and development is funded by the European Commission. CityCluster is an exemplary project for influencing the development of the electronic arts and the virtual storytelling, and is considered a significant enhancement to ALTERNE project platforms available to the European public, students and artist in the contemporary and digital art field.

Professor Franz Fischnaller will also lecture at the Academy of Fine Arts in Prague, October 26 on new media, technology and the impact on the arts, “The Arts and Electronic Media (Exploring New Forms for Art Making)”.

e-AGORA is organized by the Centre of Independent Culture PALAC AKROPOLIS, in cooperation with CIANT - International Centre for Art and New Technologies - in the framework of the cultural project supported by European Commission - CULTURE 2000 programme.
