EVL PhD candidate and researcher Robert Kooima participates in the 19th International Planetarium Society Conference (Adler Planetarium & Astronomy Museum and Hyatt Regency McCormick Place, Chicago) presenting his research in real-time GPU rendering. The results of Kooima’s research and collaboration with Adler’s Doug Roberts and Mark SubbaRao on the application of these techniques to digital dome technology is the focus of this talk.
