EVL PhD candidate, Yu-Chung Chen shares his research and experiences collaborating with scientists and domain experts in developing visualization applications and tools at the 44th Hawaii International Conference on Systems Science, Koloa, Kauai. As part of the Workshop on Changing Dynamics of Scientific Collaboration, Chen presents “Cross-Cultural Collaboration Case Studies,” describing case studies and lessons learned from cross-cultural collaborations, designing and developing systems for geological core drilling and medical hand-off.
